Hi, I’m Amanda.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps women, young adults, and teens navigate anxiety, ADHD, overthinking, people-pleasing, relationship challenges, and life’s transitions.
Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re returning after some time away, you don’t have to have everything figured out before you reach out. My goal is to create a warm supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself.
Together, we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck, build practical tools that fit your life, and help you move forward with greater confidence and self-trust.
And this is Barkley, my Goldendoodle. While he’s not a therapy dog, he definitely thinks he works here. He occasionally makes a guest appearance during sessions and has become a favorite among many clients.
